Guitar Building Tools, Sanding Set P240 to P1500
During the painting step of your DiY Guitar kit you will have at various time to sand the body or neck in order to get a very smooth and beautifull finish. Our sanding set has been created and tested exactly for this purpose. It contains exactly what you need for sanding and basic polsih to get a really good finish of your gutiar. It contains a sanding block and abrasive sanding papers dry and wet from P240 to P1500. The sanding paper set will be used several time for the finish of your guitar body and neck:
- after grain filler is applied in the even you do apply grain filler,
- during the inital sanding of your body and neck so that the wood can receive the paint or dye,
- during the different coats of color lacquer, dye or varnish to ensure a very smooth finish,

Our abrasive sanding set dry and wet has been developped secially for our gutar kit.It is compatible with all our paint and finishing products, lacquers, grain filler, dye, varnish,sealer, etc. It contains all you need to make sure that your guitar kit will have a very smooth finish and clean finish:
- Sanding Block with 1 face P400 and the other face P600, can be used as it is or attached a sanding paper on it for different level of sanding,
-3 standard Elastic which an be used to attached any of the porvided snading paper to the sanding block,
- Sand paper P240x1 to be used for guitar body preparation or after grain fill,
- Sand paper P320x1 to be use for guitar body preparation, after grain fill, or in the event that a spot sanding is needed,
- Sand paper P400x4 to be use for guitar body preparation, after grain fill, or in the event that a spot sanding is needed,
- Sand paper P600x4 to be use for body preparation, after grain fill,
- Sand paper P800x2 to be used after frst coats of paint or varnish (if natural finish) to keep and increase the surface smoothness,
- Sand paper P1000x2 to be used after frst coats of paint or varnish (if natural finish) to keep and increase the surface smoothness,
- Sand paper P1200x2 for final coats during varnish process,
- Sand paper P1500x2 for final coat during varnish process,All our sanding paper size is 120x90mm so that it can be easily attached to the sanding block or use as it is to follow the curve of the guitar body, etc.
